  • • a stake body truck with lift gate
  • • a rough-terrain forklift
  • • a backhoe

MATERIALS:

  • • lumber
  • • small steel shapes
  • • light steel sheet (1/4" and under)
  • • pallet racking and pallet jacks
  • • storage shelving, bins, cabinets, etc.

TOOLS:

  • • ordinary hand and power tools
  • • large tools (torque wrenches and multipliers, air tools)
  • • usable metal- and wood-working machinery

OFFICE EQUIPMENT:

  • • fax machines
  • • office furniture
  • • drawing files

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES:

  • • surveying
  • • engineering services (civil, electrical)
  • • waste removal
  • • site improvements
  • • sign making
