Norristown Junction, date unknown. This trackage is presently owned by the Norfolk Southern Corp. with the mainline tracks to the left continuing on to Philadelphia. The trackage at the extreme lower right crosses the Schuylkill River and connects to the, SEPTA R6 ex-Reading line that at one time served Reading Terminal. SEPTA (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority), a local government transit agency assumed control of all former Reading and PRR suburban Philadelphia commuter rail operations in the early 70’s.
